You will manage immigration operations based in our Poland hub co-ordinating case work, working with internal & external stakeholders and Immigration vendors. Work closely with business, HR and hiring managers across countries. We value calm problem-solvers who communicate clearly and treat people with respect. Assistant Manager, Immigration Services


Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned immigration cases from intake to closure.
  • Manage visa, work permit and right-to-work processes across Europe Americas & APAC jurisdictions coordinating with external vendors.
  • Advise HR and hiring managers on immigration options, timelines and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate case records in HR systems
  • Monitor timelines, resolve case escalations, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement projects to simplify processes and improve service delivery.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in global immigration operations.
  • Practical knowledge of immigration and right-to-work requirements across geographies – Europe, Americas & APAC countries.
  • Experience managing relationships with Immigration vendors.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Additional European language skills are useful.
  • Strong organisation, stakeholder management and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

  • Experience in a multinational or regulated industry, such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Knowledge of cross-border Immigration & Compliance implications for assignees.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, report management and mobility/Immigration case management tools.
  • Demonstrated track record in process improvement and change delivery.
  • Comfort collaborating across time zones and working in a hybrid environment.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 109,500 to PLN 182,500 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave. More detailed information on the total reward package applicable to your role will be supplied during the recruitment process.
