The Job

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Prepare and update product call scripts, sales materials, and marketing campaign flyers for internal teams and partner channels
  • Review sales scripts, FAQs, and digital commerce content (articles and blogs)
  • Review and approve marketing campaign materials from business partners

Compliance & Governance

  • Assist the Quality Assurance and Governance team in preparing compliance-related applications (e.g., campaigns, gift offerings, discounts)
  • Review gift offering assessments and sales incentive campaign assessments
  • Conduct Virtual Onboarding Sandbox QA checks
  • Perform FCRM checks and update Conduct Barometer dashboards quarterly
  • Monitor and identify suspicious cases via Group Compliance Office’s “Early Warning System"
  • Support annual Risk and Internal Audit programs and ad hoc monitoring projects
  • Update TM and RM compliance manuals and recruitment workflows to meet regulatory requirements

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Compliance, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or marketing support roles
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with compliance monitoring tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
