This position will drive the development and implementation of customer and channel initiatives in promoting DIY services. Through development of personalized communications, seamless training and incentive programs, this role empowers customers and agents to go digital and fully utilize our DIY offerings.Job Responsibilities
Customer engagement: Design and implement engagement campaigns to drive higher usage of DIY services.
Channel engagement: Partner with Distribution Channels and Operations to design DIY service promotion strategies and communications
Training and support: Partner with Operations to provide training and tools (e.g. RM meetings, PRUNews) to channels to ensure they are well-equipped to promote DIY services.
Customer-facing content: Develop toolkits that channels can use to facilitate their clients to DIY and communicate the benefits to them.
Incentive programs: Create and manage incentive programs to motivate channels to drive DIY service adoption.
Channel feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from channels to identify challenges and opportunities for improving DIY service promotion.
Collaboration and coordination: Facilitate regular meetings and communication with channels to ensure consistent messaging and strategy execution.
Performance tracking: Monitor and report on campaign results, DIY service adoption rates.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications/ Marketing/ Business or related disciplines.
5+ years of working experience in customer engagement, communications, marketing campaign/ incentive program management (preferably in financial services institution).
Strong understanding of customer and channel engagement
Excellent in content development and communications
Proven ability in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
