-Act as broker / project manager for domestic and international real estate leasing transactions, overseeing projects from initial planning and site investigation through lease negotiation and final execution
-Conduct real estate market consulting, including financial and big data analysis
-Ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance of property materials, commercial terms, and transaction data; review and update standard forms and documents
Provide high-quality translation and interpretation in major stakeholder meetings and presentations
-Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and retailers
About you
-Full professional proficiency in both Korean and English required
-Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate or the retail market
-Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
