Job Description Summary

Drive business performance, operational excellence, and strategic execution across the PDS service line by supporting national and regional leadership. The role combines data-driven reporting, stakeholder engagement, HR alignment, and client-facing technology solutioning to improve scalability, productivity, and business outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards for regional and national performance tracking across revenue, pipeline, margins, utilization, and forecasting.
  • Support structured monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with actionable insights.
  • Ensure data governance, integrity, and standardization across systems and reporting platforms.
  • Contribute to national business strategy, operating plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support benchmarking, market analysis, and business case development for strategic decisions.
  • Prepare leadership presentations, decision frameworks, and strategic communication
  • Support implementation of standardized business operations frameworks across regions.
  • Enable consistency in project governance, portfolio tracking, and performance management.
  • Facilitate governance forums including PMO reviews, leadership reviews, and steering discussions.
  • Identify process gaps, drive continuous improvement, and track implementation of initiatives.
  • Support rollout and adoption of digital tools, operating models, and governance structures.
  • Monitor transformation initiatives and track measurable impact on productivity and scalability.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to strengthen onboarding, early productivity, and employee experience.
  • Engage with office-based and project teams to identify capability gaps, training needs, and operational challenges.
  • Support workforce planning, productivity tracking, and collaboration across regions.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, delivery, and leadership teams for integrated execution.
  • Participate in client interactions related to business operations, digital transformation, and technology adoption.
  • Support pitching, demonstrations, and implementation of project management and construction technology solutions

About You:

  • Strong analytical and digital capability with hands-on expertise in Power BI, Excel, and data-driven business reporting, along with exposure to project and digital delivery platforms.
  • Structured problem solving with a blend of strategy and execution, including process improvement, performance management, financial awareness, and operational governance.
  • Effective stakeholder and client engagement skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, communicate insights, and drive adoption of new tools and ways of working
