About the Role

Lead the functional team of business analysts / UAT Testers, supervises the implementation of different operations initiatives and projects with visionary and innovative solutions.

  • Lead the UAT and Business Analysis function and ensure high-quality delivery of initiatives, enhancements and BAU support.

  • Analyze operations and continuously identify improvement opportunities, risks and recommendations to enhance service quality.

  • Provide technical and strategic guidance to stakeholders, aligning processes and models with operational nuances.

  • Ensure UAT standards, procedures and documentation are established, maintained and followed across all projects.

  • Collaborate closely with Business Partners, Technology, Regional and Group teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.

  • Apply AI tools and emerging AI capabilities in business analysis and UAT work, including exploration of AI agents for requirement interpretation, scenario validation and test execution. 

  • Co-designing an AI upskilling pathway with L&D to develop AI-aware testers and explainability validators.

  • Oversee resource planning, task allocation and execution governance with effective prioritization and delivery ownership.

  • Conduct reviews on deliverables, test results, plan vs actual performance and quality outcomes including issue resolution and escalation.

  • Lead UAT planning, environment readiness, data preparation and sign-off activities to meet project requirements and quality gates.

  • Facilitate change management and act as a reliable single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Mentor and guide staff, assess capabilities, design development plans and support a structured onboarding and learning culture.

  • Maintain accurate reports, dashboards and status updates for stakeholders, including performance against SLAs.

  • Promote structured templates, process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Drive engagement activities to sustain morale, collaboration and team ownership.
