About the Role

The position is the expert in one or more business/application areas. The role shall provide architecture level solution, cross applications/functions analysis and design in application projects.

Job Description:

• 8+ years’ experience as software engineer to develop systems with Java.
• 3+ years’ experience on technical lead/project management
• Familiar with Sql, experience on SQL server.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English. Good English speaking is preferred.
• Strong Object Orientated Design and development skills.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Following the whole project cycle with user/local IT in USR, design, construction and SIT/UAT testing. And trace critical issue until to resolve.
• Good teamwork.
• Communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English

Optional:

• It’s a plus if the candidate has skillset of backend and front end
• Having experience on BPM system is preferred
• Good understanding of SDLC -Software Development Life Cycle in software development.
