Provide administrative support to the distribution center to ensure delivery objectives and customer service standards are met. Includes:
− Monitor and follow up on shipments handled by parcel carriers.
− Update delivery status in the intranet database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, as well as manage, track, and process chargebacks, including the preparation of drs and credit notes.
− Provide customer service support by resolving delivery issues with parcel carriers, as well as discrepancies such as shortages and overages for both company-owned stores and wholesale customers.
− Maintain communication with customers, company-owned store personnel, carter’s finance team (accounts receivable), 3pl staff, carriers, parcel service providers, carter’s supply chain team, and other stakeholders.
