The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Our Assistant Housekeeping Manager oversees daily Housekeeping shift operations to ensure guest rooms and public spaces consistently reflect Four Seasons standards of luxury, cleanliness, and presentation. They lead and support the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience through strong attention to detail, effective productivity management, and adherence to Forbes Five‑Star service standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supervise and lead Housekeeping staff across guest rooms, public areas, and designated spaces by interviewing, training, mentoring, and coaching team members to consistently meet Forbes Five‑Star and Five‑Diamond standards
Conduct performance evaluations, administer corrective action when necessary, and ensure accurate daily labor reporting and timely bi‑weekly payroll submission
Maintain clear communication and provide prompt follow‑up on operational issues, guest requests, and special requirements
Schedule staff and coordinate daily assignments, overseeing the smooth start and execution of each shift
Monitor team performance to ensure productivity goals, quality standards, and guest expectations are consistently achieved
Perform daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and Sensei Wellness spaces to uphold the highest luxury and operational standards
Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Interact with guests in person and by phone while consistently upholding Four Seasons benchmark service standards
Take proactive measures to ensure the safety, security, and well‑being of guests and employees

WHAT TO BRING
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping within a hotel or resort environment preferred
