Meaningful Work From Day One
You will provide crucial support to the Senior Global Brand Manager, ensuring all markets have the necessary tools, data, and materials for effective execution. Your focus will be on delivering tactical support, performance reporting, and managing the development of key brand assets and toolkits.
What You Can Expect
Leads the creation, organization, and maintenance of global brand toolkits and asset libraries, ensuring content is updated and compliant for all markets.
Executes deep-dive market research and competitive analysis, translating raw data into actionable insights for the Senior Manager.
Compiles and creates regular brand performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), synthesizing complex global data for senior leadership.
Assists the Communications Lead and in house Content Studio with the creation of brand content.
Manages the end-to-end development, production, and distribution of premium Point of Sale (POS) and gifting materials, coordinating with design agencies and vendors.
Provides project and logistical support to the Global Brand Ambassador and trade advocacy programs.
Coordinates with local market and commercial teams to support the flawless execution and localization of global marketing plans.
Manages the brand marketing expense (ME) budget, including processing and reconciling invoices and tracking monthly spending versus forecast.
What You Bring to the Table
Min 2 years experience in an entry level Brand Management or Trade Marketing role within a local market
Proven ability to manage complex data and conduct detailed analytical research for brand reporting.
Strong skills in developing, compiling, and presenting performance reports
Experience in the development and production lifecycle of marketing materials (e.g., POS, toolkits, gifting).
Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple material development timelines simultaneously.
High proficiency in data visualization and presentation software
