Job Description Summary

The Assistant Facility Manager supports the daily operations and upkeep of an organization’s buildings by coordinating repairs, managing vendors, maintaining facility records, and ensuring safety and compliance. The role holder ensures the facility remains safe, efficient, and well‑maintained while providing responsive assistance to employees and building users.

About the Role:

  • Supports overall building management and works closely with the Regional FM team on all facilities activities.
  • Delivers customer service to C&W Facility Management clients regarding building operations and maintenance.
  • Has working knowledge of HVAC, UPS, generators, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
  • Oversees contractors, maintains records and contracts, and coordinates project activities.
  • Manages maintenance schedules, budgeting and variance reports, and ensures accurate work‑order reporting and SLA compliance.

About you:

  • 3–5 years of experience in the Facilities Management or Project Management industry.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Solid financial acumen with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge of property market dynamics, relevant regulations, and willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
