Duties & responsibilities
The role will be responsible for providing a more personal and engaging level of service at every touch point in the building, by being hospitable and forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with users through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience.
You play a key role in the Facility Management team . You are the first point of contact for all incoming calls from clients, employees and the general public. Ensuring the experience provided is seamless, welcoming, professional, aligned to the highest standards required by JLL and our client is paramount.
Reception service
Phone response, require English. (approx. 10-15 tax-related calls receives/day)
Guest management. (max 5 visits/day but not everyday)
Beverage arrangement
Entrance open (9:30), Close (17:30)
Badge management
Pantry service
1 pantry station (No snack provided)
Stock management
Coffee, tea, and complimentary items
Coffee machines regular cleaning
Suntory water dispenser management
Fridge checking
Plants management
Only watering in weekly operation (about 12 planters)
Flower arrangement (ad-hoc)
Office supplies management
Office supplies order and stock management
Letter pack, envelope arrangement
Confident waste management (1-2 times/month)
Copy machine toner arrangement
Refill copy machine paper
Provide repair arrangement if needed
Event support
Seasonal event arrangement

Notify about letter to employee who stay abroad.
Candidate Specification
The ideal candidates will have an awesome attitude and high attention to detail, ready to take on any given task!
Medium level of attention to detail particularly in medium volume
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent personal presentation
Ability to relate positively on an individual basis with a wide range of stakeholders, include but not limited to senior executives and professional staff
Collaborative team player and ability to work independently under matrix supervision
Experience
From a front of house role in customer service, hospitality, or real estate industry
Familiar with administrative support tasks and request management
Familiar with facility support services in either helpdesk, cleaning, landscaping, pest control or security services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
MS Office proficiency
