Overall Role

This position will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services in the Facility & Workplace Services with a focus on customer centricity, continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance.

The responsibilities will include operations, maintenance, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, pantry management, and helpdesk etc.

Duties & responsibilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Facilities Manager will be responsible to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned property/facility and be the on-site key point of contact for client, stakeholders, and vendors.
 

Team Structure:                    2

Client office location:             Hanzomon, Tokyo (directly connected to the station.)

Service hour : 9:00-18:00

Contract model:  Global contract, Principal Model

Scope

  • Account Management (Governance, Supplier / Vendor Management, Financial Management, Capital Project (ad hoc)

  • Operational Reporting

  • Service management including vendor service: Reception, Mail, Panty service, EHS support, Indoor plants, Cleaning service, Daily inspection, Safety equipment, Event support, PPM, BCP, Sustainability, Seating, Access card, Stationary, Helpdesk

  • Event management

Candidate Specification

Key skills

  • Communication skill to establish trust relationship with team, vendor, users, client, stakeholder, Landlord etc.

  • Has a customer-oriented attitude, action; flexible, listen, proactive

  • Establish JLL standard procedure and lead team to meet the expectation

  • Comprehensive FM knowledge for both soft, hard and project

Required skills

  • Over 3 years’ experience in Facility industry or some areas which utilize past experiences

  • Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service.

  • People management

  • Business level English
