What this job involves: You will assist the Facility Manager in delivering comprehensive property operations and maintenance services, including customer relations, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. This role focuses on developing strong client relationships while supporting corporate real estate goals and ensuring operational excellence across all facility management functions.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
• Maintain client satisfaction through effective delivery of Facility Management services and support programs
• Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle audit standards and operational policies and procedures
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly to identify challenges and plan corrective actions
• Enforce company policies and safety training requirements for efficient operations and work practices
• Manage work orders for in-house staff and vendors as necessary
• Support facility soft services including meeting preparation, Corrigo CMMS knowledge, and data integration for monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Create MS PowerPoint presentations using pivot tables and graphs for monthly reporting from MS Office data extrapolation
• Compile Monthly Financial Accrual Reports and manage OpEx Budget Management
• Collaborate within the account team to drive development and implementation of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) best practices
Desired experience and technical skills:
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of two years of industry experience in corporate environment, third party service provider, or as a consultant
• Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives
• Basic knowledge of MEP building systems (mechanical and electrical systems)
• Proficiency in all facets of MS Office with ability to extrapolate data and create presentations
• 100% onsite availability Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Preferred:
• Additional relevant industry experience beyond minimum requirements
• Advanced knowledge of building systems and facility operations
• Experience with Corrigo CMMS or similar facility management software

Estimated compensation for this position:
89,999.00 – 102,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
