About the role
- Assist Security Director to improve the security work of the hotel and fire safety management. Monitor the implementation of security programmers of each department, analyze the existing problems and present improving proposals in time and report to Director of Security. Under the leadership of the Director of Security, the day-to-day operations of the department are fully managed.
- 协助安保总监做好酒店安全保卫及消防安全管理工作。督促检查各部门安全管理制度、规章贯彻实施情况，分析存在的问题，及时提出改进建议，并向安保总监汇报。在安保总监的领导下全面开展部门的日常运营管理工作。
What you will do
- Monitor the implementation of security measures on each department in accordance with the arrangement of the Security Director. Analyze the existing problems and present proposals on correctness. Urge all departments strengthen their security management to ensure the bodily and implement fire safety work to ensure the safety of the hotel and properties’ safe of our guests.
- 根据安保总监的安排，督促酒店各部门落实安全管理岗位责任制，分析存在问题，及时提出整改意见，督促各部门加强安全管理、落实消防安全工作，确保酒店及客人人身与财产的安全。
- Arrange the education of discipline and sense of responsibility for security guards in accordance with the arrangement of the Security Director and fire safety training for security personnel, to elevate the awareness of security of hotel staff.
- 根据保安总监的安排，做好保安人员纪律教育、责任感教育和安全业务知识、消防安全培训工作，提高酒店员工安全意识。
- Complete the management and compilation of hotel safety data as a reference to guide safety management and prevention work.
- 完成酒店安全资料的管理、汇编，以作为指导安全管理、防范工作的参考。
- Handle all kinds of security problems and customer complains based on investigation and present reports on the important ones to Director of Security.
- 调查处理各种安全问题和客人投诉事件，并将重要事件立即呈报给安保总监。
- Investigate and deal with all kinds of public security problems and related reports and complaints that occur in safety work. Major incidents are reported to the department director in a timely manner.
- 调查处理安全工作中发生的各类治安问题和有关报告、投诉。重大事件及时报告部门总监。
- When a major accident occurs in the hotel, security guards are organized to protect the scene and maintain order on the spot.
- 酒店发生重大意外事件时，组织保安员保护现场，维护现场秩序。
- Check attendance of each post and supervise the implement of discipline and present advice on correctness.
- 查岗查哨、监督岗位工作质量和当班情况，对违纪或不负责任的保安员进行批评教育并提出处理意见。
- Complete other temporary tasks.
- Assist the security director to inspect the safety system, safety measures and fire safety implementation of all key parts and key safety parts of the hotel, and put forward improvement suggestions and rectification measures in time to ensure the safety of all key parts of the hotel.
- 协助安保总监检查酒店各关键部位、重点安全部位的安全制度、安全措施及消防安全贯彻落实情况，发现问题及时提出改进建议和整改措施，确保酒店各关键部位的安全。
What you bring
- Be of 2~5 years working experience at the same position (security manager) as the Asst. Security Manager in 5-star international hotel.
- 2~5年于国际五星级酒店同等职位（保安经理）工作经验。
- Familiar with hotel security, first aid, fire and emergency handling procedures, and use equipment for control in a safe and timely manner.
- 熟悉酒店安全、急救、火灾和紧急事件处理程序，并安全及时运用设备进行控制。
- Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.
- 沉着冷静、细致耐心，具备热情服务。有强烈的事业心与责任心，具备团队精神，秉公办事。
- Complete tasks as directed by Management, Acting for duties and performing duties in the absence of the Superintendent.
- 通过管理手段有计划地完成任务，在总监不在时代理职务并履行其职责。
- Basic knowledge in computer.
- Be basic in reading, speaking and writing English.
