Job Summary:
Lead the design and execution of Agency Leader strategies to drive sustainable growth, enhance leadership effectiveness, and modernize agency operations. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align initiatives with the company’s distribution goals and adopt best practices across markets.
Responsible for leading in the planning, formulation, implementation and monitoring of long and short-term strategies of the Agency Distribution.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for Agency Leaders, including Million Dollar Agency programs.
- Establish business plans and performance frameworks to achieve company objectives.
- Performance Management & Reporting:
- Drive performance monitoring and reporting for agency leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in leader development and agency operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports and presentations that strengthen the leader strategy value proposition.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure end-to-end governance and controls for all leader strategy programs.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Innovation & Digital Adoption:
- Champion modernization initiatives, including digital tools and data-driven strategies to enhance agency leadership effectiveness.
- Implement best practices from other markets in collaboration with Group Agency Distribution.
- Business Initiatives:
- Participate in company-wide projects and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Drive accountability and follow-through on strategic actions to achieve desired outcomes.
Job Specifications:
Qualifications:
- Tertiary education with insurance and marketing qualifications.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in the life insurance industry, with strong expertise in agency distribution, strategy, project management, and operations.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance agency aspirations and company objectives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management and handling multiple priorities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and proactive with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
