REQ14506 Assistant Director, Infrastructure Integration & Implementation (Open)
POSITION SUMMARY:
This Assistant Director, Infrastructure Integration & Implementation is motivated by achieving results while meeting deadlines. He or she gets those results by building relationships, communicating effectively, and working well with inter-departmental colleagues, external Consultants and Contractors. The person will provide network, telecom and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) system design and construction management expertise backed up by solid relevant industry experience to enable him/her to effectively review systems’ design and management of Contractors Works regarding implementation of Data Centre, IT, Security and Access Control, CCTV, radio and telecommunication, etc. This position supports pre-construction, construction, and warranty activities. This position will assist in various Projects through the planning, design, construction, commissioning phases and final handover to the Operations Department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a key driver and project management from infrastructure project implementation of large scale Melco Projects, not limited to opening of new properties.
- Establish engagement and project manage a team of technical experts and vendors in the provision of technology solutions to end-users.
- Review and define the system design and construction requirements in order to integrate the relevant IT infrastructure with Melco standard.
- Manage IT infrastructure integration initiatives and solutions for network, telecom, ELV, etc.
- Align with the best practices of Project Management & IT implementation defined by the IT PMO team and ensuring quality management delivery of project work products, management of project budget and costs, issue escalation and vendor negotiation
- Producing all controlling and tracking documentation, adherence to project management best practices and appropriate methodologies
- Participating in the delivery of service proposal, producing and maintaining project milestones and plans through the planning, design, construction, commissioning phases and final handover to the Operations Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- 12+ years working experience in Enterprise-level IT technology and ELV environment, including the integration and implementation of large scale IT technology solutions
- Highly motivated professional with demonstrable skills in the management of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver world-class projects on time and within budget.
- Possess high level of integrity with strong control and compliance knowledge
Education
- BS degree in Electrical and/or Electronics or related technology related discipline highly preferred.
- Preferred PMP and ITIL, MCSE/CCNA certifications
