Job Description:
The Assistant Director, Communications serves as the tertiary football communications contact, providing assistance in content planning, storytelling, interview coordination, record keeping and other duties as learning objectives are met. Additionally, this role also acts as primary communications contact for select sports, which involves producing written, visual, and digital content for ohiostatebuckeyes.com and social media channels, create and produce game notes, interview prep and generation, awards promotion and strategy. The role will assist in mentorship of student assistants in the communications office. Represents Athletics Communications at assigned meetings. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
