Assistant Designer, CTB Lingerie


About the Role:
As Assoc. Designer for Women's CTB, you will play a key role in contributing towards the Calvin Klein Women's Underwear lines under the direction of Design leadership. Your responsibilities will involve working with design team members to translate creative visions into practical designs, as well as collaboration with cross-functional partners on fabric selection, fit and execution of women's underwear product. You will support the design development from concept to consumer and help to build a commercial brand-right assortment, with a focus on sensual and functional underwear and lingerie.

What You'll Do:

  • Creative Design ◦ Collaborate with design team members to research trends, develop concepts, explore color palettes, select fabrics, and create silhouettes aligned with the global creative direction.

  • Seasonal Collections: ◦ Contribute to the development of global underwear collection each season, supporting core volume driving programs and new, innovative seasonal ideas. ◦ Assemble and help to maintain physical presentation boards for meetings, as well as digital tools including Miro boards, and CADs.

  • Product Development: ◦ Create and maintain tech packs and BOMs with centric PLM. ◦ Attend fittings and track feedback from first prototypes to salesman samples, ensuring design intent, fit and overall garment quality are archived.

  • Presentation and Communication: ◦ Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders, creative team environment through effective communication and teamwork.


What You'll Bring:

  • 2-4 years of related design experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Fashion Design or a related field.

  • Ability to multitask effectively with a positive, open-minded, and solutions-oriented attitude

  • Understanding of women's underwear, lingerie, and loungewear product categories, with a willingness to continue learning

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills, with a collaborative mindset

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Ilustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

  • Experience using PLM systems (e.g., Centric PLM) to manage product development workflows

  • Passion for fashion design with strong trend research skills, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing creative vision and technical skills in women's underwear and loungewear

  • Confident presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas

Pay Range:$59,000---$85,200

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
