We are looking for a results oriented Digital Marketing Specialist. As part of the team, you will drive measurable growth for Sentosa by planning and executing campaigns, optimizing ecommerce journeys, and elevating the digital user experience.[What you will be working on]
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan, implement, and monitor paid and organic campaigns across digital channels.
Collaborate with the Content & Brand teams to align messaging and creative assets.
Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Ecommerce Optimization
Manage online booking flows, promotions, and product listings.
Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
Partner with the Web/UX team to streamline customer journeys.
Digital Experience and UIUX
Assist in maintaining and updating website content
Ensure digital platforms are user‑friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
Work with designers and developers to enhance navigation, accessibility and overall user experience.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs across campaigns, ecommerce, and web performance.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards
Use data to recommend improvements and guide decision‑making.
[What we are looking for]
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce marketing
Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Knowledge of customer journey mapping and behavioural analytics to inform design and marketing decisions preferred
Strong project management skills including prioritization, time management, and cross‑functional coordination.
