Major Duties:

Leading People: This core qualification involves the demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a group toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals, and to drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION (TQ): In addition to the ECQs, applicants must clearly demonstrate in their resume that they meet the following technical qualification(s). Demonstrated executive level experience in applying a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of field office operations, program effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance, including a demonstrated ability to develop budget proposals, and identify and develop target resources in the management of field office operations. Demonstrated knowledge and experience leading efforts to solve problems and policy issues by applying analytic and innovative solutions effectively leveraging internal and external resources and working collaboratively with multiple organizations and stakeholders within and outside the federal government.
