We are looking for an Asst. dCommerce Manager – PC to work with our Personal Care team.
Main Responsibilities
Create growth strategies and operational plans for multiple customers,
Strengthen the collaboration with business partners and reach sustainable growth.
Implementing Data-driven approach & mindset into the business as Data Lead of dCommerce.
Identify opportunities to help our key customers grow their dCommerce businesses by leveraging our portfolio, our insights into the shopper path to purchase and our dCommerce learnings and best practices across other customers and markets,
Work with Shopper Marketing and Digital Squad teams on fully integrated customer plans to capture share of the evolving shopper,
Own customer relationships with all key digital/dCommerce contacts and meet on regular basis to devise and execute customer plans for digitally originated sales,
Identify and evaluate content, in-stock, assortment and other opportunities and analyze digital sales data and dashboard,
Deliver dCommerce Turnover, Market Share and Penetration goals by establishing dCommerce fundamentals, prioritizing opportunities for quick growth,
Apply key dCommerce best practices around content, traffic, conversion in conjunction with core CD practices such as holistic customer investment management, forecasting, promotions, and analytics
Key Requirements
1D grade CBD experience is required (at least 1 prior account management experience is preferable)
Enthusiasm for making Unilever pioneer supplier in digital, knowledge-based world
High level of resilience, ability to solve problems proactively and managing crisis
A strong sense of ownership and accountability
Selling, Influencing, and Negotiation – understanding channel & customer’s levers to build compelling selling stories that land key priorities and drive mutual growth
Being eager to work closely with multinational teams
With strong business acumen and analytical skills, you must be able to understand the businesses’ needs and provide analytical/commentary insights to fuel business growth
Multi-stakeholder management capability
Having Customer - Shopper centric and High-Performance oriented growth mindset
Excellent written and spoken Turkish & English is a must
Good level of Excel and Power Point skills
