About the Role
As Assistant Controller for the Heart Failure Division, you will be a key financial partner to senior commercial and finance leaders across EMEA and APAC. You will own the consolidation of the regional P&L, ensure compliance, and drive forward-looking financial strategies that enable sustainable growth. This is a highly visible role where you will influence decision-making and create value across a complex, international matrix organization.
What You’ll Do
Lead the consolidation and analysis of the EMEA & APAC P&L, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Partner with commercial leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
Drive FP&A processes, including forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
Provide actionable insights on revenue, margin, and operating expenses with a forward-looking focus.
Collaborate across functions to optimize value creation and support strategic projects.
Champion simplification and standardization of financial processes.
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or IT Sciences.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within an international corporate environment.
Strong FP&A expertise and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Advanced skills in Excel and experience with data-cube systems (Hyperion, Dodeca); SAP is a plus.
Solid understanding of accounting and compliance (Big4 or Internal Audit experience preferred).
Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Experience in MedTech or product-related industries is a strong plus.
