Responsibilities:
- Provide Employee Engagement events logistics support
- Co-work with cross functional teams & outside vendors on event execution
- To support Engineers on IUR management,
- Provide support to engineers on project related meeting/travel arrangement.
- Help engineers to solve issues by co-working with cross functional teams/ outside vendors.
- Responsible for performing general administrative support tasks involved in an organization.
- Responsibilities include assisting supervisory and non- supervisory employees with various administrative support tasks.
- These tasks may include, but are not limited to, general filing and records maintenance, compiling data for reports, assisting with administrative tasks associated with the cost center(s) budget(s), scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing expense reports, preparing/editing presentations, assisting new employees.
- Coordinates work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor degree and with at least 2 years of working experience
- Having general administrative experience is preferred, experience on event planning/execution is a plus.
- Be proactive, take on new challenges, a good team player
- Good problem solving skills
- Good communication/ negotiation skills
- Good English writing and speaking
Type of Experience Needed:
- Great knowledge of the administrative methods, and an acumen to develop the required administrative skills of the job.
- Specific level of software skills as required by the work unit.
