✨ The Opportunity

We’re looking for a confident and experienced 2IC (Second in Charge) to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations of the service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated educator ready to step into leadership and make a real impact.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director with daily operations and centre performance
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and company policies
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community
• Drive a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
• Step into the Centre Director role in their absence

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Previous leadership experience (Room Leader, Educational Leader, or similar)
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• A current Blue Card (QLD Working with Children Check)
• Full working rights in Australia
