Job Summary: This position is located with the FMWR Seward Military Resort located in Seward, Alaska. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives may be paid. Up to 25% recruitment or relocation and/or retention incentive may be paid (service agreement required). Recruitment incentives are applicable to newly hired individuals/rehired individuals. Relocation incentives are applicable to current, regular full-time NAF employees accepting a position in a different geographical location with no break in service.
Major Duties:

A qualified candidate must possess the following: One (1) year of work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e. resort, hotel, tourism industry) to be managed. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess one (1) year of experience in hotel or front desk management. Possess one (1) year of experience in campground/RV Park operations. Possess one (1) year of experience with property management system software. Possess one (1) year working in FMWR. Possess experience with directing and/or programming outdoor activities and events. Possess experience in scheduling personnel. Possess demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite Possess one (1) year of experience in administrative work Possess experience developing risk assessments and implementing safety controls. Possess experience developing and implementing effective training programs for new and existing staff.
