ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Assistant Apparel AI Image Producer and Coordinator will be responsible for producing high-quality AI-generated lifestyle and product imagery and videos while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the brand standards. You will be responsible to retouch images and you will also play a key role in managing contributors, maintaining quality control and scaling creative production workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Produce high-quality AI-generated lifestyle and product imagery and videos aligned with the brand aesthetic.
  • Deliver a consistent pipeline of AI imagery assets, meeting weekly production targets and deadlines.
  • Review and retouch AI-generated images for accuracy in product representation, color consistency, scale, and composition.
  • Act as the quality control checkpoint before submission to Sila/Advertising team.
  • Provide feedback to improve output quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain organized asset management systems (file naming, folder structures, etc.).
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI image-generation tools, techniques, and visual trends.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align imagery with campaigns and product launches.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, scalability, and output quality.
  • Ensure all imagery meets brand standards before distribution.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing assets (photoshoots, videos, look books, etc.).
  • Support retail and digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and influencer outreach.
  • Track and manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Help prepare samples for photoshoots, video shoots, and send outs as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Hands-on experience using AI image and video generation tools such as Google Veo, Flora, Runway, Pika, or similar.
  • Strong prompt-writing skills with the ability to generate structured, high-quality outputs.
  • Clear understanding of social media pacing, hooks, and retention dynamics.
  • Experience producing or editing lifestyle imagery for marketing or eCommerce.
  • Proficiency in image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop or similar).
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, color accuracy, and product presentation.
  • Experience managing digital assets and production workflows.
  • Strives to increase productivity; looks for ways to improve and promote quality and process.
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and experienced in proactive, problem solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and a self-starter.
  • Strong communication skills- verbally and written.
  • High attention to detail and excellent follow through.

REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in image production, retouching, or digital content creation.

The pay range for this position is $25.00-$27.00/hr USD.
