The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a driven tele-sales professional who knows how to open doors, build trust quickly, and convert conversations into long-term partnerships. This role is about acquiring new study abroad consultants across India, activating them fast, and helping them grow consistently.

What you’ll be doing every day:
1. Partner Acquisition
Reach out to study abroad consultants across India through calls and virtual meetings to build a strong and consistent pipeline of new partners
Identify high-potential partners and onboard them onto the platform
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closure
2. Partner Activation
Drive quick activation of newly onboarded partners, ensuring they start transacting within the first 30 days
Drive first applications and build early momentum
Remove initial blockers and guide them on process
3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure high retention and satisfaction
Stay in regular touch to understand their business and challenges
Position yourself as a go-to person, not just a salesperson
4. Business Growth Support
Help partners scale their student numbers through the right product mix and drive consistent growth in partner-led applications
Share insights, campaigns, and opportunities proactively
Track performance and push for continuous growth
What you bring to the table:
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline)
3+ years of tele-calling / inside sales experience (preferably B2B)
Strong sales instincts—comfortable with targets and closures
Clear, confident communication (Hindi & English required), along with proficiency in at least one regional language
High emotional intelligence—can read people and adapt quickly
Ability to build trust over calls and handle objections effectively
Self-driven, disciplined, and consistent in follow-ups
