We are needing an Assents/Inventory Support to join our team in Lower Hutt!

Your Role

You’ll provide essential support in managing asset databases, inventory activities, health & safety systems, and quality processes across the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Assets/Inventory/HSQ Manager with maintaining customer asset database systems

  • Manage stock movements and inventory activities, including stocktaking, credit returns, and warranty repairs/replacements

  • Support health & safety initiatives, including monthly site safety inspections and scheduled vehicle/plant checks

  • Coordinate facilities management tasks, liaising with suppliers and contractors as needed

  • Perform other ad hoc duties to support business operations

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive team player who can also work independently
