About the Role

As a Manager IV in Global Security, you lead a team within a specialized area of security. You are responsible for executing security programs, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols. You collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to respond to incidents, assess risks, and implement solutions that protect people, property, and brand reputation. Your role bridges strategic direction and frontline execution, ensuring your team delivers consistent, high-quality security outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Manage a team of security professionals in a specialized area
• Execute security programs and protocols aligned with enterprise and functional goals.
• Monitor and respond to incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks to ensure operational excellence.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Facilities, IT, HR) to support business continuity and safety.
• Analyze data and trends to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. 

Who You Are

• Strong working knowledge of physical security operations or specialized security systems.
• Experience managing frontline or technical security teams.
• Ability to assess risk, respond to incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Skilled in communication, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with security technologies, monitoring tools, and reporting systems.
