The Asset Operations Analyst will support FTI by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization. Ensures master data integrity in key system(s) as well as building the processes to support the data quality. This position will act as the primary contact for projects or change requests involving master data. The Asset Operations Analyst defines processes and rules for master data creation/maintenance and the monitoring of data governance policies and procedures. Effective communication, problem solving skills and the ability to understand manufacturing processes and systems are required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

OR

Education: Accredited Professional and B2B Commerce for Administrators Accredited Professional certifications must be completed within 90 days of accepting the position.

Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, and/or Statistics. Salesforce or other CRM platform experience is preferred.

Travel: 10%

Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as process owner for projects and change requests involving asset operations master data.
  • Conducts root cause analysis to prevent data quality issues and leads projects to implement standards or processes to prevent future data quality issues.
  • Works cross functionally with the goal of obtaining the appropriate knowledge to build accurate and complete item related to asset operations data in FTI systems.
  • Supports system enhancements, including design and testing. Creates data quality metrics and reporting to validate and enforce operating and key control activities.
  • Ensures accuracy, consistency, completeness, and timeliness of master data. Conducts data integrity audits to eliminate redundant or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
  • Develops templates and processes to get data from various systems that look at the performance and financial data and understand what it means. Must relay this information to internal and external customers.
  • Designs, prepares, and delivers regular and ad hoc reports and analysis of key performance indicators. Requires data mining, organizing and analysis.
  • Acts as a liaison between BT and 3rd party suppliers, vendors and or consultants.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
