Raytheon Digital Technology is seeking a motivated Asset Management professional to support our IT Asset Management team in Richardson, Texas. This onsite position is responsible for managing IT hardware assets—including desktops, laptops, servers, racks, and related peripherals—supporting classified program environments. The team is focused on accurate tracking, streamlined inventory management, and process optimization to ensure timely hardware deployment and operational readiness within secure workspaces.
What You Will Do:
Track and manage IT hardware assets, including desktops, laptops, servers, racks, and peripherals, to ensure accurate inventory and operational readiness.
Plan and optimize space for hardware storage to maintain efficient inventory control.
Handle shipping and receiving of IT equipment, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating deliveries.
Coordinate asset transfers, relocations, and pickups across warehouse and storage locations.
Conduct quarterly inventory audits to verify compliance and accuracy of asset records.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams to support hardware needs.
Communicate professionally with peers, supervisors, and cross-functional partners.
Implement asset tagging and tracking procedures consistently.
Maintain accountability for capital equipment in the Property Management System.
Notify Capital Management to initiate depreciation processes upon asset deployment.
Serve as the primary escalation point for inquiries related to capital property management.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience in IT Asset Management, Inventory Management, Property Management, or Logistics.
U.S. citizenship, as required for access to program or contract information.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with processes and methodologies for managing IT hardware assets.
IT Asset Management certification (e.g., IAITAM) is highly valued.
Experience with Jira for workflow management and Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse tools like pallet jacks.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
