To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Asset Management Specialist located in Guadalajara, South Campus.

Reporting to the Asset Management Manager role involves Plans, directs, and controls all assets activities within the company. Asset management goals should focus on ensuring that each asset is being utilized to its full potential. An asset that is overproducing or one asset that is lying idle are both harmful for your business. One is deteriorating quickly, and the other is consuming storage and maintenance costs while not providing output. geared towards attaining the maximum return on investment & our equipment needs due to a lack of visibility into what assets are available at what location

What a typical day looks like:

  • Managing and tracking CapEx forecast for site to maintain accuracy.
  • Working with multifunctional teams to define new project needs: new and intercomany equipment, facilities, upgrades and IT hardware.
  • Creating, managing and executing PMKs (Wishlists), PRJs and CapEx for the site. This will include the creation of purchase orders for the acquisition of new assets.
  • Coordinating with suppliers with the logistics for machinery pickup.
  • Collaborating on import procedures for incoming machinery.
  • Reporting CapEx progress and forecast to Corporate
  • Collaborating with local finance to ensure all assets are identified and tracked accordingly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all incoming assets.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Engineering or Bachelor´s degree.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Manufacturing.
  • Advanced English.
  • Knowledge of Layout.
  • Knowledge of Process Flow.
  • Knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD.
