Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the receiving and issuing of system goods at the central warehouse.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels, turnover rates, and space utilization to optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to track shipments, reduce delivery delays, and meet Service Level Agreements.
- Escalate and follow up on exceptions or transit discrepancies
- Track and report warehouse performance metrics, including accuracy, throughput, and service levels.
- Prepare and contribute to Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) to support continuous operational improvement.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to conduct monthly and quarterly cycle counts.
- Work with customs brokers to facilitate clearance and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation.
- Maintain current knowledge of import/export regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures.
- Support the Service Supply Chain Team in upholding global trade compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse, supply chain, or logistics operations, preferably within IT or manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong knowledge of logistics documentation, inventory management, and Incoterms.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and tariff structures.
- Experience collaborating with third-party logistics providers and customs brokers.
