负责统筹华东区所有资产管理现有业务的日常运营管理，包括但不限于客户关系维护、现场租赁团队管理等。
负责与公司OLA/CM等部门紧密合作，同时利用市场资源与渠道，不断开拓与甄别有价值的AM 业务机会。与BD 团队合作，全流程跟进AM新业务的招投标签约落地。完成年度AM新业务指标。
指导和带领现场租赁团队在合规前提下完成合同各项既定租赁目标，完成年度AM业务收入指标。
配合部门其他业务类别如全管与顾问服务类型下投标/运营中与资管有关的协助，如定期市场信息分享、项目租赁定位、租赁策略分析等。
配合公司贯彻ONE JLL策略，积极主动推介业务机会给到公司其他业务条线。
配合公司人才计划，协助HR团队建立资管内外部人才库。与HR团队合作制定和推进正面有效的现场租赁团队佣金奖励机制。
指导现场团队管理日常AM运作中各类外部中介，确保所有第三方中介的代理行为的有序合规。
积极响应公司财务运作要求，确保所有服务费/佣金账期合理及其他财务运作合理性。
