Responsibilities:
Solution Development, Implementation and Consulting
- Guide end users through recommended solutions to address changing and growing business needs
- Engage Technology Solution Lead for strategic technology discussions
- Organize business requirements discussions with the software solution provider, develop and maintain documentation
- Manage project to successful implementation
- Facilitate user review and acceptance of application configuration and performance
- Provide training and implementation user support during delivery activities
Vendor Management
- Monitor and drive vendor performance through ticket and request management and prioritization
- Represent client in best practice discussions
- Drive accurate contractual support through SLA and KPI management on vendor service delivery
Day to Day Asset Management Administration
- Place orders through preferred vendor for hardware refreshes using ERP (Workday and JDE)
- Coordinate custom quotes for business units as needed for special orders/projects (software based typically)
- Identify challenges in workflow and coordinate solutions to reduce cost and impact to team
- Entitle users and deploy software for major titles and one-off requests as needed
- Track and maintain software thresholds and report/alert when thresholds are low/at risk
- Work alongside hardware deployment to complete new hire tickets and deploy software to new machines for day one use
- Track and assist PC Refresh BAU team with lease end movement and decommission process
- Queue management and prioritization of daily work
- Ticket quality control analysis with Level one Global Service Desk
- Track deployment of specialty software for specific business lines
- Push software from SCCM as requested to meet new hire requests
- Troubleshoot imaging issues with SCCM packages for major software titles with operations team
- Advanced Shipping Notification tracking and ticket alerts
- Shipping/tracking new machines to end location for employee deployment
- Coordinate lease return/pickup with vendor for onsite techs upon large decommission
- Communications to end users through project specific comms and asset specific comms
- Manage BAU and Project based budget spend and track for reporting

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $24.52 - $28.85
