Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a dynamic and innovative Asset Management Consultant to join our team!
In this role you will be part of the Parsons Asset Management practice to develop and support the delivery of a range of projects along with advancing strategic and technical asset management services in KSA and across the region.
This role requires strategic and technical experience in our principal industry sectors such as critical infrastructure, public services, mobility systems, built environment, information and asset management frameworks and how technology benefits asset management throughout the lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivery of Asset Management consultancy and engineering services
Support and lead the development and delivery of Asset Management projects within the MEA region
Support and lead the development of asset management policies, procedures and standards; support implementation of these asset management activities including developing policies and strategies, guiding clients to define their lifecycle strategies, asset inventory activities, asset data analysis, and asset reporting; and lead and support the development of asset management related outreach and project delivery documents.
Responsible for a range of services including asset management system deployment, support of inspection and asset inventory activities, implementing asset performance metrics, digital implementation and analyzing total asset lifecycle risk and expenditure data to propose improved asset management activities and mid-term capital plans and operational plans.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in a technology / engineering related field
Experience of implementing asset management services in accordance with industry best practice with working knowledge and delivery of ISO 55000 systems
10 to 15 years successful experience in asset management, business consulting, infrastructure or technology-driven advisory
Expertise in Asset Management with a capability in digital asset and information applications
Specific experience within critical infrastructure, mobility, or building markets
Proficiency in professional level written and spoken English
The candidate shall have excellent project management and communication skills
A proven capability to support multiple projects
Established knowledge and experience in implementing Asset Management activities
The role will be based out of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with as needed travel within MEA region for project related activities
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Specialism in digital asset management, including implementation of asset information systems, Common Data Environments (CDEs), and digital twins
Familiarity with predictive and condition-based maintenance approaches using digital and sensor data
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience facilitating workshops, presentations and building client capability in asset management
Confident to speak at public events (conferences and events) and experienced preparing thought leadership articles for marketing purposes
