Summary:
The Manager of Asset Efficiency is accountable for the development, execution, and monitoring of asset efficiency initiatives across multiple functions within North America. The role will work cross-functionally to drive improvements in turn rate, cycle time, and loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development of asset efficiency initiatives across multiple functions within North America.

  • Actively manage multiple asset efficiency projects within the Operations domain while monitoring the development and execution of projects within the Commercial and Digital teams.

  • Develop and maintain an Asset Efficiency Roadmap linked to IFCO’s long-term strategic asset efficiency goals.

  • Leverages Operations Program Management System to document and track all asset efficiency-related initiatives.

  • Work closely with the Digital team to refine dashboards/data delivery into actionable insights.

  • Prioritize proposed initiatives/actions based on ROI and resource availability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree or comparable education

  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other quality/process improvement project management experience (preferred)

  • At least 5 years of experience in complex supply chain environments.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.

  • Understanding of large-scale data sets and data analytics.

  • Experience collaborating with a geographically dispersed team.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to enjoy and thrive in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Strong analytical and listening skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.

  • Travel up to 50%.
