Schedule: Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: Burnsville, MN

Job Summary

The Asset Coordinator supports daily transit operations by assisting with fleet movement, asset organization, vehicle cleaning, and facility upkeep. This is a hands-on role working closely with other asset coordinators to ensure vehicles and assets are clean, secure, and ready for service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with fleet movement and strategic placement of vehicles on property

  • Secure and organize assets in lots and garages

  • Fuel transit vehicles

  • Clean vehicle interiors (remove trash, sweep, clean driver areas)

  • Post flyers and notices inside vehicles

  • Support facility and garage upkeep

  • Complete interoffice mail runs and deliveries

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Valid MN driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  • DOT Medical Certificate will need to be obtained

  • Ability to work early morning hours consistently

  • Comfortable working around vehicles and performing physical tasks

  • Reliable, team-oriented, and safety focused
