Assembly & Test / Subcon - Central Controller

High-level description of key areas of responsibility:

•     Consolidate inputs from A&T factories and deliver on all presentations required to provide a global forecasts and annual long-term plan (RFFs, latest views, weekly)

• Initiate and lead cost savings initiatives across all sites
• Manage A&T Capex spend, budget control and compliance
• Consolidate A&T KPIs against financial commitments
• Key business partner collaborates across NXP organizations and with AT GMs / Ops       
• Perform effective analysis on various scenarios to optimize decision making
• Support automated solutions to respond to new and changing business requirements

Qualifications:

•     Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

•     Self-starter who exhibits energy and passion. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires the ability to prioritize workload for self and team

•     Ability to up-level messaging and effectively communicate with MT members

•     Role requires analytical mindset combined with solid communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

•     Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

•     Dynamic, agile person, with can-do attitude. Ability to develop a team is a must.

•     Proactive and solution-oriented person.
