Job Summary:
Cubic | Nuvotronics’ Assembly Department is responsible for the electro-mechanical assembly of our PolyStrata® products, using both automated equipment and skilled manual processes. As a Technician III within this team, you will be responsible for supporting prototype and production builds. You will need to exercise judgement on builds and make recommendations to the engineering staff. This position typically works under general supervision and direction.
Previous experience with manual assembly work of electronic devices is required, particularly experience assembling miniature devices under microscopes.
This role is for second shift. Expected hours are from 3:00PM to 12:30AM. Role will be expected to work first shift (8:00AM to 5:30PM) until training is complete (2-3 months). Nuvotronics works a 9/80 schedule.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Job Requirements:
Two-year college degree, military technical training, or equivalent, plus a minimum of four years direct electronic experience in digital and analog circuitry or radio frequency components. Intermediate level computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Ability to understand and perform moderately complex technical phases of work. Ability to read, write, and interpret technical materials. Ability to communicate with general engineering staff, verbally and written. Ability to use hand tools and assembly equipment. May be required to work weekends and holidays to support customer needs.

Cubic Pay Range:
$25.00 - $30.00 + benefits.
