Summary
As an Assembler II, you will be responsible for assembling and testing components to create finished products. You will collaborate with your team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in the production process. Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, technical drawings and schematics
Primary Responsibilities
- Preparing and assembling components to create finished products
- Operating machinery and equipment used in the assembly process
- Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identifying and reporting any issues or defects in the production process Productivity, Quality, Safety
- Delivery Experience - Have experience in assembly, testing, and operating machinery in manufacturing.
- Assemble parts or components to build various types of mechanical equipment, following blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and drills, to perform assembly tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Clean and organize workspace and assembly areas.
- Properly store equipment, tools, and materials.
- Adjust, repair, or replace faulty components of the machinery during and after the assembly process to guarantee optimal performance.
- Provide feedback on assembly procedures and identify potential process improvements.
- Maintain excellent communication with supervisors, engineers, and quality assurance staff.
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components into a configuration for a customer’s requirements.
- Training level 1 assemblers.
- Pneumatic motor assembly and high precision assembly.
Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
- Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred.
- Have mechanical abilities and a high level of precision
- Following safety procedures and protocols.
- Be detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of precision and accuracy Action Oriented

- Experience as Mechanical Assembler Level 1 preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
- The base pay for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per year depending on the geographic market.
- Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
