The Position

ASPIRE is a Roche-wide business transformation program that aims to deliver best-in-suite, user-centric digital solutions for Roche that will help manage our company as efficiently as possible. At the centre of ASPIRE is the One Roche Enterprise, the future of our current enterprise landscape. ASPIRE is co-creating one harmonized process house across the Roche enterprise, with SAP S/4HANA at its core - a technology that will replace Roche’s existing and soon outdated SAP local and regional systems. By following a template approach within SAP, available to all Roche entities around the globe, our core business processes will become more integrated, simplified, harmonized and scalable.

The Opportunity

The ASPIRE Training Specialist will be part of the ASPIRE Global Training Team and will support the implementation of the Global Learning Strategy whilst considering the learning environment of associated projects such as SAP Global Template, MyBuy, OMP, Analytics and Reporting etc.

He/she will work in close collaboration with the Global ASPIRE Training team of aforesaid projects to ensure that there are effective training elements in place.

Together with the Training Manager, the Training Coordinator will ensure that training solutions are effectively planned and deployed to meet the program timelines and end-user needs in alignment with the defined learning strategy. 

  • Implement best-in-class capability building programs for identified needs across the ASPIRE program and support the Program and Deployment Teams by applying the Global Learning Strategies and ensuring the site needs are satisfied as it relates to ASPIRE deployment.

  • Ensure that internal customer expectations for learning strategy, materials and deployment are met (deployment teams, product/process teams) and work closely with the Training Managers to support the execution of the local training strategy and plan.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of end user training execution to ensure timely completion and maintain the  Training Catalogue ensuring alignment with process teams.

  • Maintain the End User List and the Role to Course Mapping ensuring synchronization with the Authorisation Team and Adonis process flow data and work together with the CIDM team to maintain correct and up-to-date information regarding job based roles and curricula required for access.

  • Coordinate together with the Global Learning Services Team the creation of learning objects, training materials, curricula and user groups in the Learning Management System through requests to the Global GLS Team and support the Training Manager with the Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure that the SMEs are prepared in their role as Trainers.

  • Act as a training SPOC for the local end-users and monitor training completion and send reminders, as needed

Who you are:

  • More than 3 years experience in preparation, development and administration of training programs and systems, and training and curricula development with excellent oral and written communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English and German

  • Excellent Excel skills and work experience in pharmaceutical quality and standards activities preferred.

  • SAP project training implementation expertise preferred.

  • Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including a customer-focused approach, and highly effective teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Can work effectively in matrix organizations, familiar with Agile methodologies and delivery of products.
