Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining strong ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention and optimal performance
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and service needs.
Drive modernization (MOD) sales by proactively building networks and participating in bids and tender processes.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets while ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability goals.
Utilize Otis sales tools to monitor opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and accurately forecast sales performance.
Lead sales negotiations and successfully close deals, ensuring timely payment collection.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., service, engineering, and finance) to deliver customized MOD solutions that meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.
Track and report sales metrics, including win/loss ratios and pipeline health, to senior management via dashboards and monthly reviews
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations in all sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and contractors to identify upselling opportunities and generate leads.
Qualification & Requirements
BE Engineer / Diploma Engineer.
5–10 years of experience in selling technical, consultation-based products.
