Job Description

  • Assist Manager in making annual and monthly operational budget, based on annual operational plan

  • Coordinate the Assistants to ensure all operational work of the garden runs according to the SOP and the target set

  • Ensure the required material Assistant is always available in the warehouse and its use is done optimally

  • Directing and ensuring all operational work carried out can support the achievement of quality and quantity according to the target set

  • Working closely with the Manager and Assistant in analyzing and assessing the quality and quantity of production and fieldwork achieved and taking corrective measures that need follow-up

  • Manage the needs of labor and distribution of vehicles, so that the operation of the garden can run effectively and efficiently

  • Ensure operational support division (Civil Engineering, workshop, infra, etc.) runs according to company standard

  • Daily posting of all operational work in accordance with system authorization

  • Perform cost control by comparing and analyzing actual cost with defined budget and providing necessary comment

  • Ensure all financial and operational data inputted into the system is checked and there are no errors.

  • Implement Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at work site.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as Askep Agronomy

  • Have a good knowledge for ISPO & RSPO.

  • Willing to be located in South Kalimantan

  • Good leadership and communication skill
