Es responsable de brindar soporte administrativo, documental y operativo a los proyectos de instalaciones en ejecución, asegurando el correcto flujo de información, cumplimiento contractual, coordinación con áreas internas, proveedores y clientes, así como el apoyo a los procesos de facturación, control documental, acreditaciones y gestión administrativa asociada a las obras.
En un día normal tendrás que:
Elaborar y gestionar PL en sistema JDE para materiales, herramientas, EPP y despachos de equipos, con las aprobaciones correspondientes.
Gestionar órdenes de compra de proveedores y SBC, previa autorización gerencial.
Elaborar y gestionar contratos de SBC, incluyendo coordinación de firmas.
Confeccionar y administrar carpetas cero, incluyendo recopilación de antecedentes, firmas y trámites notariales.
Gestionar acreditaciones en plataformas de obra, recopilando la documentación requerida del personal OTIS.
Coordinar y gestionar la documentación TE1 y relación con clientes y proveedores eléctricos.
Apoyar la modificación de planos según requerimientos de clientes o supervisión de obra.
Levantar y gestionar tickets de facturación según avances de obra y EDP.
Participar en reuniones de facturación para revisión de avances y apoyo al proceso con el área financiera.
Registrar y controlar CHO asociados a ventas de adicionales, incluyendo validaciones y aprobaciones.

Educación: Licenciatura o carrera profesional / técnica en administración, ingenieria industrial o a fines.
Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en cargos similares. Análisis de datos operativos, análisis de costos, capacidad de negociación, planeación y manejo Microsoft Project o similares
