Pregateste documentatia pentru licitatii: intocmirea documentelor necesare licitatiei conform cerintelor din documentatia de atribuire la termenele solicitate de autoritatea contractanta
Depune documentatia si preturile pentru licitatiile din zona arondata
Raspunde la clarificarile postate de catre autoritatile contractante, in termenul solicitat de catre client
Pastreaza legatura cu clientii din sistemul public si privat pentru: comenzi, facturare, programare incasari, conform obiectivelor (zona alocata
Monitorizeaza si raspunde zilnic la solicitarile venite din partea clientilor / reprezentantilor de vanzari (comenzi, restante, probleme diverse, comunicari, notificari)
Posteaza in sistem necesarul de marfa al clientilor din zona arondata; verifica coonfirmarile de marfa venite de la producatori
