About the Role
As Artist Marketing Director, you’ll be part of the UMC team, responsible for ideating compelling marketing campaigns and leading projects for our Domestic Catalogue roster (that’s all UMA signed music released more than two years ago – plus our Distribution Labels). You’ll work closely with artists and their managers to build long-term creative digital plans, using audience insights to spark rediscovery and grow platform share over time. This role will work closely with some Aussie icons, as well as a number of other domestic artists that form part of our rich roster.
The department develops strategies across audio, video, marketing, social, streaming, physical and product development to continually grow listenership for our Catalogue. You’ll be responsible for the planning and execution of our priority artist listener growth plans across our Domestic artists, engaging new audiences across key marketing channels & partnerships to drive fan growth as well as retain and engage existing audiences.
