What you'll need (Required):

  • Ability to work full-time for the duration of the Internship (May/June 2026 - December 2026)
  • Current enrollment as a student at an accredited university for the duration of the co-op project with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Pursuing a bachelors, masters, or PhD degree in computer science, information technology, business technology or equivalent are of study.
  • Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience.
  • Good scholastic standing (minimum of 3.0+ cumulative GPA or equivalent)
  • Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Junior or Senior standing pursuing a bachelors, masters, or PhD degree in computer science, information technology, business technology or equivalent are of study.
  • Interest in pursuing healthcare and/or medical device industry experience
  • Interested in Project Management, SaaS technology, Information Technology, Cloud computing.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Knowledge of Reporting tools is a plus
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments based on input from manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in day-to-day end user support and configuration of business application systems including creating new user accounts, acknowledging tickets, troubleshooting issues and following up with users.
  • Participate in authoring test cases and manual testing of systems by following step by step test scripts and documenting test case failures and escalating to team members.
  • Perform current-state system analysis and create current/future state system-level process flows and sequence diagrams with guidance from senior Business Systems Analysts
  • Partners with business and IT resources to capture and document technical, functional and non-functional requirements
  • Responsible for providing business systems analysis services (analyze, define, troubleshoot, design, test, deliver, maintain).
  • Basic understanding of project management and software development, Web Architecture, and familiarity with Cloud Based technologies.
  • Assist in creating and analyzing metrics for strategic business process improvement.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, coordinating and attending meeting with system users, taking meeting minutes, preparing dashboards and presentations.

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $54,000 - $72,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
