Enterprise AI and Data Analytics (EAI&D) is looking for an Engagement Manager who will specifically engage with our Boeing Functions on all Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data, Architecture, Software Development and Automation Products.
The role will focus on understanding the demand and opportunity for products with the functions, translating that into strategies, backlogs, and priorities for the Product and Delivery teams who develop the solutions, and applying Program Management best practices to ensure delivery on commitments and clear updates on status. The role will also partner with Information Technology (IT) Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and business partners on successful releases and adoption of solutions.
This individual will lead executive Stakeholder communications & management for both Boeing Functional Execs & Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) CIO Teams.
You will be responsible for coordinating and partnering with our IT functional CIOs and Business Partners for a comprehensive IT strategy for the functions.
Position Responsibilities:
Drive how Data, Analytics, AI & Automation can enable the business and create meaningful impact
Own and drive the AI Strategy with our Boeing Functions and partner with peer leaders who have the same role for our Boeing businesses
Build, own and maintain healthy analytics portfolio that maximizes business value & enables strategic priorities through a partner with the organization’s product and delivery teams
Hold EAI&D Product Family and Delivery teams accountable to deliver committed Analytics AI solutions by applying Program and Project Management best practices as well as establish and track Analytics Value & Communicate Success Stories
Coordinate between EAI&D & Functions including Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality, Engineering, Human Resources (HR), Finance and others
Drive the development of business functional Data, Analytics, AI and Automation roadmaps for the functions through a partnership with the product and delivery teams for a full picture of capabilities to the functions
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
10+ years of experience collaborating with senior management and/or executive leadership
5+ years of experience working as an executive or senior manager
5+ years of experience developing communication plans including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and key message development
5+ years of experience creating and analyzing data to identify data trends and communicate a story to depict findings
5+ years of experience in developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation
Experience as a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills, and a focus on translating technically complex issues into simple, easy to understand concepts
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master’s degree or higher

Summary pay range: $187,000 – $270,250
